Public instructions for requesting deletion of a YouQaria app account and related data.

1. If you can still sign in

  1. Open the YouQaria mobile app and sign in to your account.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Tap Delete Account / Data.
  5. Review the warning and tap Delete Permanently.

2. What the in-app deletion flow currently does

The current in-app flow signs you out, clears local app data and locally stored backups on the device, resets analytics and telemetry identifiers, and requests deletion of linked remote records on a best-effort basis. Some provider-side account cleanup may depend on the current backend configuration, so please contact support if you need confirmation or follow-up.

3. If you cannot access the account

Email support@youqaria.com from the address associated with your account, or include enough information for us to identify the account safely. Please mention that you want your YouQaria account and related data deleted.

4. Subscription note

Deleting your YouQaria account does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription billed by Google Play or the App Store. If you have an active YouQaria Pro subscription, cancel it separately in the store account where you purchased it.
