By accessing or using YouQaria, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

YouQaria provides Islamic learning, prayer, Quran, Qibla, location-assisted, subscription, and related support features through a mobile app and website. Some features may change, require an account, or depend on device permissions and network availability.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for information you provide, keeping your login credentials secure, and using the service lawfully. You must not misuse the app or website, interfere with other users, reverse engineer restricted services where prohibited, or use YouQaria to violate applicable law.

4. Purchases, subscriptions, and ads

Paid features may be offered through YouQaria Pro or other purchase options. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are primarily handled by the applicable app store, payment platform, and RevenueCat customer-management tools. Unless required by law or store policy, fees are non-refundable once charged. Free or non-Pro experiences may include advertising.

5. Third-party services

YouQaria relies on third-party services for authentication, subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, maps, ads, hosting, and related infrastructure. Their availability or policies may affect parts of the service, and your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Content and informational use

Prayer times, Qibla direction, educational content, and related materials are provided for informational and devotional use. Results may vary depending on settings, data sources, device sensors, permissions, or location accuracy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, harmed, or used unlawfully. You may stop using YouQaria at any time, and account-linked data requests can be made through the app's deletion controls, our Delete Account page, or by contacting support.
